      Great Place to work, always challenging.

      Pros

      Working with different clients and helping them overcome difficulties. Management supports employees with clients. The business keeps a steady flow of clients with problems to solve. Management seeks to coordinate and involve employees in team building. Management provides significant training and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better for the level of expertise that the consultants have and utilize. When traveling from client to client during the day consultants will loose productive hours.

Our new software is a bit of a learning curve right now, but with time we’re hoping to roll out more training and make client interaction on the software easier.

      Pros

      I've been with NowCFO just over 2 years. As a consultant, I find that my work here is very rewarding in that each client presents new set of challenges and experiences that we work through to help and support our clients with their businesses. In addition to the rewards of a job well done, I’ve made many friends with each company where I have worked. As for NowCFO management, they have always been supportive with each client. From training, to technical support, staffing support, or what ever the need may be.

      More engaged than I've been in a decade

      Great opportunity to apply my experience to a variety of situations and clients.

      Cons

      Onboarding was less than spectacular. No real clear progression in terms of org structure (everyone is just a "consultant") or compensation / performance management (I'm unclear on what drives my review)
