      NOW CFO has a strong emphasis on personal development of its employees and has provided ongoing training as well as opportunities to advance my career. I have met some truly wonderful people at this company and have always felt supported by my peers as well as by the leadership team. I feel like there is an openness to new ideas and hard work is both acknowledged and rewarded and this culture has only improved over the years.

      If you are not open to change this is not the company for you. There is a strong emphasis on continual advancement and staying at the cutting edge of our industry and that requires adaptability and willingness to learn new things on a regular basis. People who are eager to take on new challenges would thrive here.
