      good snacks company seems stable and is locally owned not likely to be taken over soon or acquired great team of people to work with and seems to always be growing

      Cons

      takes a long time for benefits to kick in not many places to eat nearby HQ

We wish there were more food options locally as well, but the food trucks are amazing and the area is growing - so fingers crossed we keep getting more options.

      Pros

      Now CFO offers a lot of autonomy, which I prefer. They set my goals and it is up to me to achieve them. It's very motivating because there is also a lot of room to move up in the company if I work hard and meet my goals. I have a lot of support company wide. Everyone works together as a team to support each other. This company is very organized and has a good synergy that I really like. The compensation is good too.

      Cons

      I work billable hours so it can be difficult to get your billable hours in and still get emails, networking, meetings, and administrative stuff done in a work day. It's very fun and challenging overall though. Managing efficiency is very important.
