      NOW CFO has been a life changing experience for me personally. They recognize hard work and will invest in their people. I truly love the people I work with; I love the work I do here, and I love the direction the company is going. The CEO Randy Christensen is an incredible leader and mentor! Jim Bennett the Owner has always been supportive of me and willing to invest in growing me as a leader,
