Great culture within the Recruiting Team
Pros
NOW CFO has created a culture within the Recruiting Team that allows everyone to work together. Everyone is very open and willing to help each other with their market needs. This is a very non "sharky" environment. The commission structure is awesome and there is plenty of needs to be filled so commission is very steady. At this time we are allowed to work from home once a week! That is very nice and helps save on gas. Overall I really enjoy working here.
Cons
The PTO is unlimited which is a pro but if too many recruiters are taking time off at a certain time (like the week of Christmas) they may deny your request. The unlimited PTO structure is new to corporate so I am sure they are still working out the kinks. Compensation could always be higher :)
