      Pros

      NOW CFO has created a culture within the Recruiting Team that allows everyone to work together. Everyone is very open and willing to help each other with their market needs. This is a very non "sharky" environment. The commission structure is awesome and there is plenty of needs to be filled so commission is very steady. At this time we are allowed to work from home once a week! That is very nice and helps save on gas. Overall I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      The PTO is unlimited which is a pro but if too many recruiters are taking time off at a certain time (like the week of Christmas) they may deny your request. The unlimited PTO structure is new to corporate so I am sure they are still working out the kinks. Compensation could always be higher :)

      Pros

      Fun job! Lots of perks! This is by far one of the funnest jobs you’ll ever have! Everyone works really hard but has fun doing so. They throw out nice bonuses from time to time aside from your commissions. Lots of autonomy, opportunity to meet lots of people in the industry and attend fun events, support causes you care about, develop relationships etc. Jim, the founder is a very nice guy. Randy, amazing CEO! Couldn’t have asked for a better CEO. He is very supportive and will visit your Market frequently to join you for meetings or events. Kateyln is the best sales director and trainer I’ve ever worked with! She is all about seeing you win and will provide you with all the tools and resources you need. They all want to see you win and grow with the firm.

      Cons

      Make sure you have a great relationship with your Partner. Having a partner who is fully committed to growing the market is a crucial part of your success.

Our inside sales team is consistently breaking goals and company records monthly in terms of revenue and retention. They have built a solid team culture that NOW CFO is fortunate to have. There are always growing pains, but the teams leadership is what has gotten them to where they are today. Additionally, we require all of our employees to undergo regular professional development to help solve challenges that come along with our growth. We are proud of our Account Executive team!
