      Pros

      Very bright, driven workforce. Clear organizational goals and objectives. Management has high expectations, but provides the training and resources necessary to achieve the expectations. Despite the owner and upper management being cranky occasionally, they genuinely care about employee satisfaction and fulfillment.

      Cons

      Results-driven environment can be stressful. Compensation package could be more employee-friendly.

      Pros

      Fun team of people to work with, supportive coworkers who hold each other accountable, easy to access upper management with concerns, freedom to set your own schedule, clear expectations without micromanaging

      Cons

      Typical growing company problems - changes in internal systems and general reliability issues as the systems are altered. Commission structure has also changed but I believe it is fair. Benefits are great in some areas but lacking in others
