      Pros

      When I first started it was a competitive sales culture that was loud and a little cut throat to be honest. In the two years I've been here the culture has really improved, pay rate, and this is my favorite team that I've ever been a part of.

      Cons

      Benefits could be a lot better. Also, we can work remotely once a week but a better hybrid or fully remote model would be ideal especially with the cost of gas.

      Great onboarding process and training programs for continual support. You grow as a professional and are able to grow a vast network. Salary is decent with room for growth.

      Cons

      Commissions could be better. Weekly activity expectation is intense and does burn you out over time.
