Flexibility within each market. Management is generally easy to reach. Ability to express creativity within specific market. Decent health insurance.

Cons

Underpaid. Overworked. Long days. Low-to-no commission for a sales position. No incentives or opportunities for growth. Lack of direction. Lack of culture. Questionable values.

Pros

I love being around the different clients, learning new business outcomes and helping solve problems they face. I have the flexibility to streamline client processes without a lot of eyes standing over me.

Cons

Most of my clients are in Dallas which creates a lot of drive time for me. Sometimes, not often, I have to drive up to 2 hours one way.

Decent base salary - get to network and meet others in the industry . Company had beer onsite and lots of snacks

Cons

The cfo I worked for decided to leave - I had been w the company a short time. I got not reimbursement for my pocket expenses totally 500.00, no severance and no unemployment because of the short duration - this company almost made me homeless
