      Decent bunch of guys to work with in the field.

      Cons

      Management preaches safety but pushes production, health benefits always lapse, retirement is virtually nonexistent, your hard work stuffs management’s pockets with bigger bonuses, chisel hours and they really know how to make you feel like a number.
