      They have work. Equipment maintence manager is good.

      Cons

      I worked with different Foremans. Lots of hard working guys. Those guys are treated like garbage pretty much. The advice I got from one guy doing gas for a long time was "You are a number". It is a union job but they want operators to do labor. Not a big deal a little here and there but they want people to dig in solid rock and still get production. Lots of politics. Not a fan of the company.
