      freedom! I never felt like I was under a microscope. Got my work done, made decisions and they stood behind me.

      Where to start, management does not care about is employees. Constantly changing rules and putting more load on the Forman. Pay is not good, and when asked about pay were told their employees are not worth more money. Over all atmosphere at company is very depressing/ toxic. company is always trying to cut me corners. Experience has nothing todo with making it into management it’s all about who you know.
