      Pros

      A great job to start off full time worker after graduating high school. Also easy to move in the company if you stay dedicated

      Cons

      One of the major cons that I have with NPL construction is that the weather determine how many hours a week. For example if it rain, sleet or snow we are out of work until it clears up.
