      Lots of room for growth and the opportunity to move up very quickly.

      Cons

      Overtime. It's treated as a benefit or a suitable substitute for pay increases.

      Pros

      Great team environment. The company puts on many events to build employee moral. The equipment is always the latest and the greatest. Management has always had a work/life balance attitude. Meaning, make sure you balance everything out and family comes first. Great vacation time from the start. Awesome Insurance. They offer employee off site training and they bring in trainers for special training. Great pay. Yearly raises and bonuses. If you do your job you are not micromanaged, if you don't they will help you be successful and offer training but not micro managed at all. A lot of room for advancement it just depends on how bad you want it.

      Cons

      Racist. Nobody in the company when I started and throughout my entire employment (4 years) was there any body of color in the corporate offices. They claimed they would not be presentable at the area offices. I think it has changed now that Southwest Gas has taken over but I am sure it was not by choice.
