      Pros

      Everyone outside of management is great.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. The whole company is a boys club, if you aren't higher management they don't care about what you have to say at all. No work/life balance, expected to work the job of 2-3 people without support. When you ask for support, the in house manager does not listen. Talking to HR about said things makes no difference either. No flexibility or room for growth. You're expected to work yourself ragged without reasonable compensation.
