Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Looks good on a resume

Cons

Working at NPR Distribution was debilitating to my self-worth. It made me consider a complete career change. NPR Distribution is an absolute waste of tax payer money. They are spinning in circles due to horrible management. With the exception of very few helpful people, most of the team will treat you like an idiot for not knowing anything and everything about public radio that they've learned in their 20+ years in their industry. The SVP doesn't know the difference between revenue and profit.
