Pros

Fair compensation and great benefits (esp. vacation) great work-life balance Tiny Desk Concerts Heavy interaction with other great companies, like Google and Apple Lunch time puts you next to the best conversationalists in the world strong sense of mission playful, respectful environment

Cons

Major launches require all the planets to align. Organizational change is possible, but slow and complicated by our governance structure.

On the technical side of things...

Good pay People work well together within departments (but not between them) Some travel opportunity Intellectually challenging

Cons

Radio feels like it's dying. The skills don't transfer to other jobs paying as much There isn't any way to move up.

Pros

Working with the best journalists in the business. Opportunities for world travel. Good salary and benefits. Incredibly fun place to work.

Cons

People can get pigeonholed and advancement stymied. People rarely leave the company so there is little opportunity to move around.
