Pros

Incredibly talented colleagues, the content you support is top quality, and my team had a really positive and supportive vibe

Cons

There is a lot of implicit pressure to always be at the top of your game. I never once felt like I had any time to relax during my 4 years, although much of that was self-imposed. Frequently very stressful.

Pros

Great people to work with, and great work. Everyone is kind, open-minded, and willing to help out for a greater cause and be a team member Some good in-office benefits like Tiny Desk Concerts

Cons

not enough pay, slashing benefits and no promotions or raises senior leadership is not as in-touch with those working under them while mainly focusing on their bottom line and the money they get
