Pros

People here do honestly care about you as a person; solid benefits; good work/life balance

Cons

Very difficult to get promoted/raise; difficult to make progress or change status quo as the system is so antiquated

Pros

Lovely humans to work with in the office, with a strong dedication to the mission, doing their jobs well, and getting along with each other. Much pride company-wide in the work we do and the product we deliver. Competitive pay and benefits nationally.

Cons

Pay is not competitive for the location for on-site workers at the two main offices. Middle and upper management is out of touch with worker burnout and life/work balance, holding regular surveys that are purely performative with no intention of bettering the worker experience. Many workers feel trapped in their role with nowhere to grow or expand except to management. IT is extremely disempowered and mismanaged, causing confusion between larger tasks and helping fellow workers. HR is similarly out of touch with worker experience, recently changing their name to "people team" as a smokescreen to deflect general inefficiency.

Pros

Hours, community and people I worked with.

Cons

Training was very quick. Pay wasn't all the best. Amount of hours wasn't always full time.
