Pros

Mission driven organization Family Culture Work-life balance and flexibility Commitment to DEI Great CEO (currently John Lansing)

Cons

Salaries aren't competitive with market despite internal messaging stating so. Under-resourced and extremely lean - staff have to wear many hats. Some departments lack a clear vision and strategy leading to overall disorganization and frustration from employees. Unclear promotion practices. Some people are simply promoted to an opening while others have to go through the application and interview process. Equity reviews need improvement as some people with similar responsibilities have differing titles and therefore are in different pay ranges.
