Pros

For the most part, people here are brilliant, friendly, helpful, and open to sharing and collaborating. It's also incredible to be working for an organization that is this important in today's society. The Tiny Desk concerts alone are worth working here.

Cons

There are a few really, really negative personalities that can ruin your employee experience.
