Excellent place to work, with caveats

Pros

The work you get to do and the people you get to do it with are both incredibly fun and meaningful. The benefits are excellent and the pay is good too.

Cons

The company is older and also has a lot of interests to meet so sometimes it can be less nimble than it should be. Plus it has some amount of bureaucratic bloat.
