Pros

Great people, good work-life balance, you can feel great about working there. The new building is awesome and you take the metro to work

Cons

Some managers are out of their depth, the highest level of management is always revolving and it's a distraction. Management changes and actions shouldn't ever make "news".

Pros

Best job I EVER had! Best and most knowledgeable people to work with, best compensation, best EVERYTHING!

Cons

The only con for me was that funding for my program ran out, which means I had to be laid off, but with five months notice!

Cons

Trying to scale an idea is tough given the complexities of the organization's strcuture and stakeholders.
