Pros

-TinyDesks -Coworkers -You can put NPR on your resume

Cons

Impossible to list them all - the role I applied for was much different from the role I had to actually fulfil. There are many incredible, capable people on the HR team at NPR and most of them are pidgeonholed into customer service roles.
