Pros

Good journalism. Good people and a devoted audience. Stable funding base in an industry that's seen a lot of turmoil. Room for growth within the company and a top-notch reputation in the industry.

Cons

Weak upper management. A lot of turnover at the top over the last decade has created uncertainty about the company's direction. Many different strategic changes over the last several years have cost money and jobs.

Pros

I had a wonderful experience learning from this company while still in school. I respected by bosses and enjoyed working for them.

Cons

The show I worked on had a small team so if one person was sick or absent there were only a couple people to pick up the work load.
