Pros

Great people, free books and Tiny Desk Concerts, work-life balance, Serendipity Days, strong support for doing it right. For a non-tech company, they do a lot of software development right.

Cons

Lots of turnover in upper management, communications issues, lack of stability in long term planning, recent financial issues have led to a lack of consistent bonuses, raises, and benefit improvements.
