Most of the employees are all highly motivated and passionate about their work. The headquarters building is a great space to work in.

Cons

Company culture isn't as formal or organized as may be found in private companies.

Organization that believes in Integrity, and Courage. Very well respected in the Media space. Well meaning and passionate people who believe in the mission. Decent to good Benefits and Compensation packages.

Cons

Internal Processes and organizational structures are either absent or out of sync.
