Pros

Great benefits, passionate staff, lots of room for growth...NPR is also just cool, so that helps. Management does a bunch of smart things that spice work up (a weekly produce sale at below-market prices is a new addition) but which don't cost the company a bunch of money. It's smart, and fun.

Cons

Pay is not equivalent to for-profit, although better than most other non-profits. There exists a slight perception of favoritism of content-producing divisions over administrative ones.
