Finally have leadership and people that care for engineering. Improving and growing with opportunities to build things that help others.

Cons

Business Roadmap. There isn't really a roadmap for where the company is going and what products need to do. It's getting better, but needs to grow still.

The company is unstable and appears to be drowning based on multiple rounds of layoffs. Turnover is crazy for those who aren't laid off.
