Pay and bonus is good. Benefits are good.

Cons

Everyone wants to pass the buck at this place. Any type of issue within a department (for me it was HR), they had meetings about having meetings, meetings to talk about the problem but no one ever wanted to take responsibility to fix whatever the issue was.

Flexible, work from home, manager is not local.

Cons

The pay is awful, salary and especially commission is an absolute joke. No incentives, and most of the people that work there were highly uneducated. Anyone could work this job, you do not need any skill set whatsoever. It was embarrassing what poor grammar my "managers" exercised.
