Pros

- Most people are nice and chill - decent office - pay is okay

Cons

- poor leadership from directors and senior management - very boring, feels like your waiting for the clock to turn because there is nothing exciting happening - lack of opportunity to learn and grow - have to kiss manager butt for perception - managers are very catty, emotional, and react on feelings and will quickly throw lower level employees under the bus for their own mistakes - if you work in credit there are better more advanced places to work and make more money - unfair remote work practices - HR is an absolute joke

Pros

Great benefits, clear opportunities to grow, and genuinely supportive teammates. Ongoing M&A activity keeps the portfolio relevant and the work interesting, which creates a fast‑paced environment with real learning opportunities. You can see by the culture and leadership that it's a people-first company.

Cons

The pace of change is high, which can sometimes create uncertainty, but adaptability is part of the culture and expected across teams.
