      Pros

      Well i was lucky enough to run scotland for the Indirect Operations of NRG, we had a fantastic team who looked after each other, we fed from one and other and most of all we hit our targets and i also had some fantastic dealers in Scotland

      Cons

      the only con would have been lack of tech support in the scottish region and the fact our board in Japan were working from figures and not really getting a foothold on the economic downturn that Britain was heading into at that time!!!

      Pros

      Good benefits and good pay in return for quite a few cons.

      Cons

      HR service is terrible. Open workspace with tradefloor type setting. No personal space. Limited emphasis on employee satisfaction and retention. Micromanaging middle management. Middle management also needs training on people skills. Senior management preference to go "cheap" on practically everything. Office facilities are not the greatest.
