      Pros

      The company is staffed with great folks. At one point in time, it had great potential for changing the way we use energy.

      Cons

      The company became more focused on the almighty $ rather than it's people. The culture became very unpleasant. Leadership no longer cared about the people; many quality people walked out and others were laid off.

      Company merger changed everything and now just a big, mostly fossil, asset manager.
