Pros

Company is big on driving accountability and performance and really invest in their leaders and leadership strategies. Schedules are flexible and work is challenging and fun. They are growing at a fast pace and advancement opportunities keep getting created. Lots of internal promotion opportunities.

Cons

Growth has its challenges. Some disorganization and disconnect in practice and policies when expanding as fast as they are. Teams can get a bit stressed, but the org is doing a better job at forecasting future personnel needs.

The only positive about this place was the ability to learn multiple positions in such a short time.

Cons

The management is terrible, reminding you everyday that they need to make more money because they were losing money more than they were making it. Which how is that on the employees. Maybe if there was better management and communication it would not be like that.
