No dress code, no customer service required

Cons

Physically demanding for very low pay, supervisors who do absolutely nothing but try to milk you for all you're worth, boring / unstimulating work, poorly managed, no music, shifts being cut because of lack of business, company hires "casual" employees so they don't have to pay them benefits, massive turnover, no indication that you're valued as an employee
