Everyone at NRI is very friendly, supervisors and managment as well. Benifits are amazing compared to past jobs I have had.

Lots of room to move horizontally, staggered scheduling, good company culture, strong systems in place, hourly warehouse pay was fair/above average, learned a lot

Cons

Unexpected lay offs due to seasonality of the business, limited room to move up, gossip amongst some employees

The pay is so low that most people are working jobs on evenings and weekends just to get by.
