Favoritism Discrimination Disorganized as hell High insurance costs Always getting called off cuz no work Can’t really get your full 40 in. They pick on the hard workers and the workers that don’t work get promoted They have an “employee appreciation day” they just implemented but don’t expect much from that. It was sugar doughnuts and a small Gatorade. Bosses tell some not to talk but others get away with it. Changed hr 4 times within a year. When moving from 2nd to 1st you lose the dollar. I didn’t know companies could do that 🤷♀️ They chase their good employees away There’s an employee that talks bad about others. So I can assure you there’s others
