- Good people to work with (everyone is friendly) - Bosses/Co-workers are always willing to help with issues - The cafeteria is much better than expected - Everyone is professional within the workplace and there are lots of opportunities to meet new people

Cons

- Work can become a bit tedious - Lots of repetition - Need more opportunities to meet/interact with upper management

Great place to start a career. Had a Halloween party every year I worked there with full building participation.

Cons

Yearly performance review leads to smaller than expected pay increases. Some lab managers are hired from within in the lab they worked and have zero management skills or business acumen.

Clean facility, Great Location, Great Laboratory Facilities and Staff.

Cons

Not a good place to work if you are a woman or a person of color. If you decide to work for this company be sure to stay in the laboratory departments where a long term career is possible. Steer clear of all project management positions as they are not conducive to someone that has a family or a home life. Project managers are expected to be on call 24/7 without the matching pay or recognition.
