Pros

The vast variety of exposure to different market sectors. The organisation provides options at every sector throughout the value chain and involves not only food safety but also food quality experience. Overall, everything NSF does matters to people and makes a difference.

Cons

Some challenges in the current office set up but these are identified, known and being addressed to ensure the organisation is fit for the near future.

Pros

I have the benefit of having worked at several of NSF's competitors before coming. Although there are some unhappy people, NSF is so much better that my previous employers. Yes there is still stuff that can be improved but overall the benefits are pretty good and the work environment very friendly.

Cons

Office temperature in the summer can be terrible. Desperately need a new office. Not all leaders lead the same way as the best.
