Division of a large, internationally known company. Potential to learn both the engineering and production side of small-scale commercial manufacturing and PCBA prototyping iterations.
Cons
-An employee who does not speak Cantonese or Mandarin will have difficulty communicating with the production floor and upper-management. -Promises of increases in salaries are often made but rarely are followed through on with management actively making excuses for years with no action. -Deficiencies in production quality due to old or ill-maintained equipment are often repaired without reporting on the yield reports.
