- Low pay, no raise - Bad management - Turnover rate is high - Too much politics - Senior level employees know how to push additional work back to to junior level employees - Always last minute tasks

-learn a LOT at your position -staff are generally friendly

Cons

-low low low pay -upper management's management style is no good (seem to think shouting and yelling is the way to get things done) -no work/life balance..still have employees working after hours...

Very easy and mundane tasks in day-to-day work. Very rarely will something "special" happen. You can get by with very little effort

Cons

Not much room for growth. You're stuck doing the same things unless people leave; and they will; where you will have to take over their duties if it's marginally relevant.
