Pros
Smart and highly motivated peers. The energy, the camaraderie, and the commitment to building the best search products are some of the reasons I continue to enjoy my work at NTENT. The company has recently renewed its focus on their core search technology which is opening up more opportunities for employees. The office location in Carlsbad is awesome and has recently been expanded and remodeled – good working and “playing” environment.
Cons
Some days can be long, but I have found satisfaction even in the stressful days. Given the size and complexity of the problems we deal with, it's nearly impossible to avoid occasionally long days, but the office environment and nearby walking trails make the long days not so bad.
