      A diverse, collaborative, collegial work environment, staffed by some of the brightest people you're ever likely to meet. The work is always challenging and offers the satisfaction of creating something great!

      Cons

      Some significant downsides for contractors, as opposed to full-time employees.

      Pros

      Exciting mobile technologies attracting really fun clients to work with across the globe. I am consistently engaged in creating new solutions, helping manage the client, working various team to to improve what we are delivering.

      Cons

      Fewer formalized processes - you have to be comfortable finding answers where there is no manual. The Flip side of working in a fast paced environment in mobile on new apps and pushing the envelope is sometimes things break and you need to manage the situation and come up with a fix quickly.
