Great People, Great Product

Pros

Management has a down to earth approach and makes it known that we are all a part of the same team. Barriers do not exist between departments and different levels of management, so you can always feel free to speak with anyone on any topic. New leadership has brought back the sense of passion and drive to deliver to the best product on the market, while continuing to grow and promote people from within.

Cons

At times the workload seems heavy, but it tests our strengths/weaknesses and helps us continue to build a great team. Redundancy was always a problem, but more recently all correspondence and processes are being documented to ensure proper communication and that knowledge is being shared.

Heading in the right direction

Pros

The team feels stronger and the company direction feels more focused. It has not been easy, but with recent changes there appears to be genuine positive change

Cons

With the changes some of the culture that made Buzztime fun has disappeared. Hopefully we can establish a new culture based around our collective success.

Pros

The current cutting edge solutions in hardware and software are setting up Buzztime for rapid growth in self-service dining and entertainment. Smart, friendly, and motivated people that work here are all very invested in the success of the company. The workplace is a fun and positive atmosphere that is team-oriented.

Cons

For a while the company didn't change much in it's products, but this is changing. Buzztime is developing new technology, so there have been a few growing pains along the way.
