Pros

Great people working hard to make a difference despite the caustic executive management.

Cons

CEO has his boot lickers. There is a strong "Good Old Boys" club at Buzztime. He surrounds himself with "yes" men. If you are a woman... well do the math. The CEO is very condescending while he tries to act like everyone's friend. To hear some of the comments he makes in meetings about people not present is appalling.

The executive management at this company is outstanding. They treat everyone with respect. They are in a new building with lots of nice amenities and a great view.

The open floor plan can be a bit distracting.

There are some really friendly and talented people

Unfortunately the lack of any direction means everyone is basically doing what is best for their department and this is exacerbated by a promotion of political in-fighting by management.
