Bad Upper Management/Turnover more than a wheel on a race car

Pros

Near the coast, people I interacted with were cool, casual work environment. Technology is good and changing.

Cons

Tons of turnover in upper management. New upper management come in think they know what's best for the company and then after 1 or 2 years they are gone leaving the people that have been there for a long time picking up the pieces. The communication between each department is almost non-existent. Layoffs are always happening due to the ever changing "vision" of someone in upper management. I agree with whoever posted that Upper Management needs to be held accountable for their actions. A lot of good qualified people have been let go yet the sour apples remain.

Some managers went out of their way to play favorites and make sure that when a person asked for the chance for advancement it was refused.

Great people working hard to make a difference despite the caustic executive management.

Cons

CEO has his boot lickers. There is a strong "Good Old Boys" club at Buzztime. He surrounds himself with "yes" men. If you are a woman... well do the math. The CEO is very condescending while he tries to act like everyone's friend. To hear some of the comments he makes in meetings about people not present is appalling.
