Ping pong table. No overtime.

Cons

Backwards mentality of promoting the underqualified and keeping the skilled ones at bay. Low morale and disengaged workers. Communication is hit or miss. No appreciation or rewards, just pushing through to get something done...relevant or not.

Work remotely from your own home. Working in a great industry. Over 3000 customers nationwide. Your own Trivia System at your home.

Cons

Constant Change. Difficult if not impossible to reach bonuses. Lots of work for little return. Longtime customers who are upset and disappointed in products and services in which you have little to offer to help retain them. Outdated and lack of new technologies as other products in the industry emerge and take over Bars & Restaurants Entertainment preferences. Very little loyalty to employees who work hard for the company.
