      Terrible company who doesn't care about employees

      Pros

      Nothing really. If you enjoy having a company spread 40 hours of work between 3 people so that it's 120 billable hours, and don't mind sitting doing nothing then this is the place for you. Some overtime when they are behind in billable hours. You are 'working' OT and literally sitting there doing nothing but separating clients from their money.

      Cons

      No PTO. No career advancement. Company doesn't even want to pay for desks for you to sit at. They don't see people as humans but just another $. Money below market. They call it consulting but it is not.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and terrific technical projects to grow your experience. Mid-size company with large company feeling of stability and a continual young company continual growth mindset.

      Cons

      Seems like upper upper management says Yes to every single project opportunity. At first glance - that seems like a great attitude. However, their is an unwillingness to bring on more staffing to support the new project efforts. Then combine that with less than completely robust operational standards and you have a recipe for a continually stressed out team. .

      Consistent hours and Overtime You get a paycheck every two weeks for doing the amount of work it would take 4 analysts to do

      Cons

      No forward momentum, no raises, no performance reviews, no direct contact with management, no option for health insurance
