      Pros

      Great Flexibility, remote and work from home capabilities, great company culture and environment

      Cons

      Company was recently acquired and is quickly seeing major impacts not only affected the great company culture negatively but the benefits offered and opportunities. Not much support or guidance of growth and opportunity offered for the internal/corporate staff. Most learning opportunities, performance reviews and metrics are only geared towards the client facing workforce.

      Pros

      The work is reasonable, but the pay is significantly below market standard - nearly 20% lower. The people tend to be pretty good.

      Cons

      The management is wildly incompetent. The upper level groups don't know how to properly delegate work, they are horrible at getting things done on time and shove it off on their subordinates, who they then give flak to because it wasn't done on time despite their incompetence.

      Flexibility - can work from home in bad weather or extenuating circumstances Awesome vacation, personal time and floating holidays Great match on 401K Incredibly friendly co-workers Easy access from highway (Schaumburg) Global support Bi-annual bonuses (non-sales) LOTS OF FOOD, all the time

      Cons

      Pay isn't quite as high as other area businesses Shifts aren't always family friendly You'll gain weight working here if you aren't careful
