Pros
The environment was fairly relaxed and non-strict (hours/dress code).
Cons
Salaries were low, raises were non-existent, employees did not interact much with each other (no team environment), and benefits were really poor and expensive. You really got the feeling that upper management did not care about you. Upper management made a lot of money and got great bonuses and perks (trips), but lower employees were told there was no budget for anything...
