      Wrong place for Experienced people

      Strong client base and more options for Projects

      Cons

      This place is not good for experienced people, no value for Talented people, company stinks with dirty politics. If you are really planning to build a strong career, better to stay away from this place. Higher management always thinks that they are doing a better job, but the fact is the Middle management never cares about the associates. Irregular and unacceptable hikes, sometimes they give a max of 2% hike. Sounds like funny but its true.

      Pros

      Great team environment, support from management and visibility to senior / executive level management. Flexible work practices and good emphasis on work life balance.

      Cons

      As with most large companies, very slow to adapt to change / innovate. Agree with some other comments that long-standing members get shuffled around in senior management positions. Salary is not too competitive / at market rate.
